Accessible Arts!

Creative Aging’s Senior Arts Series presents daytime, affordable, professional theatrical and musical performances. Dance, drama, symphony, and song make up our season events each year. Performances are at 1:30pm, tickets are $5, and parking is free. Please join us for the 2021/22 season in the heart of Memphis at the newly renovated, accessible Theatre Memphis, 630 Perkins Extended, Memphis, Tennessee.

Tickets to Theatre Memphis Celebrates 100, with Musical Director Gary Beard

Join the Memphis Symphony Orchestra and Circle of Friends Fellows from the University of Memphis as they present a concert featuring music for everyone. Selections range from Mozart to Gershwin to famous Memphis music tunes. This eclectic blend of styles showcases the flexibility and talent of the string instruments and their performers. Memphis Symphony Orchestra members performing include Marisa Poleksy, Wen-Yih Yu, and Jessica Munson on violins; Michelle Pellay-Walker on viola; Iren Zombor on cello; and Sean O'Hara on bass.  These musicians are joined by Circle of Friends Fellows Rebeca Rathlef, Katie Brown, and Estefan Perez who, through the Circle of Friends program, are furthering their musical studies at the University of Memphis while also performing major symphonic and small ensemble concerts with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra.
